Hanover Central concluded its season with a 56-21 loss to Lowell in the opening round of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) Class 4A sectional on Friday night. The game took place at Lowell High School in Lowell, Indiana.
Hanover Central opened with 14 first-quarter points and consistently moved the ball through the air. The Wildcats produced more than 360 total yards and nearly 500 all-purpose yards, including several explosive passing plays and sustained drives that kept them within reach early. Despite the offensive success, a decisive Lowell scoring surge in the second quarter and late-game points created separation that the Wildcats could not recover from.
The Wildcats’ 2025 campaign is now complete as they finish the season with a 4-6 overall record. The team will shift focus toward offseason preparation.
