The Valparaiso Vikings defeated the Hanover Central Wildcats 59–43 in a varsity boys basketball non-conference game.
The non-conference matchup was played on December 12 at Valparaiso High School. According to reports, Valparaiso controlled the pace throughout the contest, building a steady lead and holding Hanover Central to 43 points. The Vikings’ balanced scoring and defensive pressure proved decisive as they pulled away in the second half to secure the 16-point win.
Hanover Central is set to travel to Rensselaer Central for a non-conference matchup on Tuesday, December 16. The last time Hanover Central and Rensselaer Central met was on December 17, 2024, when Hanover Central earned a dominant 69–29 home victory in non-conference play.
