The Hanover Central High School tennis teams are ready to serve up a strong 2025 season in the Northwest Crossroads Conference.
Both boys and girls squads return a mix of experienced players and newcomers eager to compete at a high level. Practices have focused on refining fundamentals, including stroke technique, footwork, and match strategy.
The Wildcats will face familiar conference rivals such as Munster, Hobart, and Lowell, along with nonconference opponents in invitational tournaments. Both singles and doubles matches will test the players’ endurance and tactical skills.
Upperclassmen are expected to lead by example, mentoring younger teammates and helping develop a competitive yet supportive team culture. Coaches emphasize mental toughness, consistency, and communication during long matches.
With sectional and regional tournaments on the horizon, Hanover Central’s tennis players aim to improve their individual performances while contributing to the team’s overall success.
The Wildcats are committed to representing their school with sportsmanship, determination, and pride throughout the season.
As the 2025 campaign unfolds, Hanover Central tennis looks to build momentum and make a strong push toward postseason competition.
